Ayaneo announced a console, which is twice as powerful than Steam Deck

Ayaneo, which is engaged in the production of portable game Windows consoles, announced its new brainchild. The upcoming novelty is called Ayaneo 2 and will be equipped with an 8-core processor AMD Ryzen 7 6800U with built-in Radeon 680M graphics, a review of which you can read here.

The Radeon 680M consists of 12 RDNA 2 computing blocks at a frequency of 2.2 GHz, and the total graphic performance of this graphics is exactly twice as high as that of Steam Deck. The latter, recall, uses graphics of 8 RDNA 2 blocks at a frequency of 1.9 GHz. If we count the teraflops, then the Radeon 680M has 3.38 of them, and the Steam Deck has 1.6. Another bonus for the speed of graphics in Ayaneo 2 will be the fastest RAM LPDDR5-6400 (against LPDDR5-5500 in Deck). The resolution and diagonal in the screens of both consoles are the same - 1280x800 at 7 inches.
