Cyberpunk 2077 developer explains broken police and pulls curious elden ring

Only yesterday we had reported on a mod, thanks to the PC players in Cyberpunk 2077 a metro system velvet 19 stations preserved. A feature that originally planned, but later was reworded by CD project Red. Another feature that has been implemented to release, however, is completely bent and virtually does not exist are chasing hunts with the police. Anyone who played the actioning remembers, among other things, on open officials, whom the puffs go out after a few meters.

Quest Director Panel Sask has now launched a LET's PLAY LIVESTREAM for one-year cyber-point anniversary, answering questions about the game from the community — and given a pretty unfortunate answer to the topic.

In Elder Ring and Sonic Frontiers, we do not hunt us

There is therefore: In a good six-hour Livestream — we have involved you the video below — Sask is asked why in Cyberpunk unlike all other Open World Games, no chases were implemented with the police.

Sask first corrects the question and says that not every Open World game has such a mechanics. As examples, he calls Sonic Frontiers and... Elder Ring. And yes, that's true, in the coming game with the blue hedgehog and also in fromSoftwares fantasy role-playing we are not persecuted by the police. But would certainly be funny: a merciless fight against a teeth-taught dragon, and sudden, Tattütata, the police is here. The dragon is arrested, it goes on to the next boss.

Cyberpunk 2077's Quest Director Says Lack Of Car Chases Normal, Cites Elden Ring And Sonic Ok, fun aside. Of course, that this comparison is little fitting, it is explained by itself. However, it is much more problematic, however, its statement that with the GTA series and the game of Ubisoft aka Watch Dogs is only a few or not all open World games such a pursue- Mechanics have. The truth, however, is that Skyrim over Saints Row to Mafia on Sleeping Dogs Big Games have such a feature. From this it is also available in Cyberpunk, only completely unusable.

Reasons for the lack of implementation

In the further course of the LiveStream, Sask goes on the reasons because of which the feature could not be implemented correctly. Sask says that many features have fallen victims. In the special case of the chases by the police, he speaks of technical limits that made an implementation impossible for the Polish Developer Team. But he also mentions that she would like to have implemented the feature correctly.

Whether here in coming (free) LCS or the Current Gene version for PS5 and Xbox Series X / S in spring 2022 is improved, remains to be seen.

What do you say about the statements of Sask: Unhappy, meant in joke?
