Fans are tired of the camping problem in Call of Duty
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is an ego shooter developed by Infinity Ward, which was published on 8 November 2007 via Activision. The computer game represents the fourth part of the call-of-duty series and appeared for the Windows and MacOS operating systems as well as for the game consoles Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and a modified version for the Nintendo DS. In addition, the game appeared for the Nintendo Wii, but later than the other versions. On November 10, 2009, the successor Call of Duty appeared: Modern Warfare 2.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been a resounding success. From a financial and cultural point of view. Everybody talks about it. However, as great as the game can be, the multiplayer has shouting problems that displease many fans. Modern war has a huge problem with camping.
Since the beta version of Call of Duty, the fans have expressed a lot about the problem of players who remained motionless in the turns, waiting for a unlucky to mix with his field of vision to be killed easily. This boredom has nothing new with the FPS games, but it is exceptionally bad in Modern Warfare.
The players reproached the design of the card, the speed of the killing and the excessive mastery of the hunting rifles to encourage people to remain static and to camp. However, hunting rifles are not the only weapon to criticize, the M4 also has many screaming people and getting hair away. Infinity Ward is probably patching these two weapons. But it still does not concern the cards themselves.
As irritating as the campsite, there is not much that developers can except the redesign of cards. Something that is very unlikely. But that does not mean that DLC cards must be victims of the same traps as vanilla cards. In fact, a list of DLC cards has been disclosed online. From what we know so far, many of them will be returned to the old Call of Duty cards. Cards that do not encourage camping. We can only wait and pray.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is currently available on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
