Epic Games suppresses the popular advantage of staff

The Pandemic of Covid-19 has caused a radical change in the daily operations of companies around the world. Homework has become the norm for more than a year and many companies offer their employees the opportunity to continue at home if they prefer it.

Epic Games, the technology giant behind Fortnite and Epic Games Store, introduced a policy that allows staff to take leave on two on two Fridays. According to a Bloomberg report, EPIC repealed this policy earlier this week to the chagrin of employees.

Although the pandemic is not completed, EPIC estimates that the additional stress of the pandemic has mitigated, so this time is not mandatory.
