Atanga moves from Holstein Kiel to KV Oostende - Atanga

Wing player David Atanga leaves KSV Holstein. The 24-year-old moves to KV Oostende in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.

In the summer of 2019, Atanga from Austria from RB Salzburg arrived to Kieler Förde and played a total of 20 games in the Holstein jersey. In the season 2018/19 he was borrowed to the SPVGG Greuther Fürth and presented 31 second ligament games (one goal) for the Middle Franconia.

In the back series of the past season, it went back to the Alpine Republic, the Ghanaer was borrowed at the Austrian first division of Admira Wacker (eight missions, a goal).

The competition was too strong

"David Atanga could not prevail with us due to the strong competition on the wing", Uwe Stöver, Managing Director Sport of KSV, is quoted on the club website. "We thank David for his commitment in the last two years and wish him all the best and good success in his new task."

Oostende occupies ten in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League after two matchdays.
