In a recently published Devstream, Respawn Entertainment revealed this APEX Legends Season 4: Assimilation starts on February 4th. Together with a new legend named Forge, the developer also revealed a new sniper rifle - the Sentinel. The weapon is unique in that it can either fire fast shots that cause less damage, or slower, charged shots that cause severe damage.

In Ranklist mode, some changes will also result because King's Canyon returns. It will be playable together with World's Edge. The ranking is also changing so that the APEX Predator rank is now classified as a master. The 500 best-placed Masters for each platform receive the title Apex Predator instead.

The ranks are reset to start the season, and the players fall back around a small number of ranks. They also see restrictions on which ranks groups can be joined together. If a rank is within its own level, you can basically merge. Say goodbye to Diamond ranks, charging the bronze rank accounts.

Regarding the rewards, the players will give new badges on the basis of their season 3 ranks. Those who have played since the start of the game and sign up on February 4, also receive a free weapon jewelry reminiscent of a paper crane.
